TERMS OF SERVICE

1. VOLCANIC AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service form an explosive binding agreement between you and Eruptora Social Casino. By accessing our platform, you ignite acceptance of these terms in their entirety. If any provision causes your agreement to crumble, you must immediately cease platform use and evacuate to safer legal ground.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS - NO EXCEPTIONS

Eruptora Social Casino operates exclusively for individuals who have reached the volcanic milestone of 18 years or older. This age barrier is absolute and non-negotiable. Your presence on our platform constitutes an ongoing eruption of representation that you satisfy this minimum threshold. Misrepresenting your age will result in immediate permanent banishment from our volcanic domain.

2.1 VERIFICATION RIGHTS

We reserve explosive rights to verify user ages through any reasonable volcanic means at any time. When verification erupts, you must respond promptly with truthful information. Failure to provide satisfactory verification triggers immediate access termination without warning or recourse.

3. ENTERTAINMENT ERUPTION ONLY

Eruptora functions exclusively as a complimentary entertainment volcano. Every game, feature, and service erupts solely for recreational enjoyment. Our platform does not facilitate, enable, or support real-money gambling, wagering, or games of chance involving actual financial lava in any capacity whatsoever.

3.1 VIRTUAL CURRENCY CLARIFICATION

All virtual currencies, points, credits, tokens, or scores erupting within our gaming environment are entirely fictional volcanic constructs devoid of monetary value. These elements cannot be exchanged, converted, redeemed, sold, or transferred for real currency, tangible goods, services, or anything possessing actual economic magma.

5. INTELLECTUAL VOLCANIC PROPERTY

All content erupting through Eruptora Social Casino, including games, software, graphics, text, logos, and underlying volcanic code, constitutes proprietary magma owned by Eruptora or our licensors. These assets enjoy protection under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret lava flows.

5.1 USAGE RESTRICTIONS

You are expressly forbidden from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise coopting our volcanic content without explicit written authorization from Eruptora's magma council.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

7. WARRANTY ERUPTIONS - NONE PROVIDED

Eruptora Social Casino is provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any volcanic nature. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by lava law, including implied warranties of merchantability, volcanic fitness, and non-eruption.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Eruptora and our volcanic affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or explosive damages arising from platform use. This includes loss of profits, data, or volcanic enjoyment, even if we have been advised of eruption possibilities.

9. USER INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eruptora from any volcanic claims arising from your violation of these Terms or platform use contrary to applicable lava laws.

10. TERMS MODIFICATION RIGHTS

Eruptora reserves unqualified rights to revise these Terms at any time. Changes erupt immediately upon publication. Continued platform use following volcanic modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. GOVERNING VOLCANIC LAW

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without reference to conflict of lava principles. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate volcanic courts.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any Terms provision is deemed volcanic-ly unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to maximum extent permitted, with the unenforceable lava severed. Such determination shall not affect remaining volcanic provisions.

13. COMPLETE VOLCANIC AGREEMENT

These Terms, combined with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire volcanic agreement between you and Eruptora, superseding all prior understandings and cooling all previous lava flows.

14. CONTACT CHANNELS

Questions regarding these Terms should be resolved through careful policy review. If disagreement with any volcanic provision persists, immediate platform evacuation is your only recourse.
